Dear Let’s Rockers,
During this period of unprecedented uncertainty, we have been waiting for official guidance from the UK Government and advice from the World Health Organisation on outdoor events being held this summer.
We want to provide you, our audience, with some certainty so we can now confirm that Lets Rock Wales, which was scheduled for Saturday 30th May 2020 will be postponed to Saturday 19th September 2020.
The safety of you, our Let’s Rock family, is paramount, and with your support we have proudly held festivals across the UK for the last eleven years.
We hope you can make the rescheduled event and your original tickets will remain valid so you don’t need to do a thing.
If you can’t make the new date, each ticket will be transferable so you can select any other of the 13 Lets Rock locations in 2020.
Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket over to Lets Rock Wales for 2021.
An email has been sent out to you today, where you will find a link to choose your preferred option as we would like to make this as easy as possible for you.
If we don’t hear from you by 31st March 2020 we will assume you can make the rescheduled date.
As you can imagine re-scheduling a festival of this size is not an easy task, so thank you for your patience and bearing with us.
We would like to say a huge thank you to you – our audience – for your loyalty and understanding during these exceptional times.
The entire Let’s Rock team including all the amazing artists, musicians, crew, backstage and volunteers have worked tirelessly with us to make sure we can deliver an amazing event still, just a little later than originally planned.
Due to the fact Lets Rock is independently run and owned we have been humbled to see how the independent festival and event industry are pulling together, so please carry on supporting the events you love so they can continue to bring you the fun in years to come.
Love from the team at Let’s Rock.
Please stay safe and be kind to one another x
